By accessing or using the OnPoint Connect app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the app or any of its services.

OnPoint Connect is a privacy-first professional networking platform that provides:

• Digital business cards with QR code and NFC sharing capabilities.
• Event and gathering creation, management, registration, and attendee tracking.
• Prize draws including raffles and 50/50 draws with live animated winner selection.
• Contact management with connection status tracking and duplicate prevention.
• Company profiles with team management and branding.
• Professional introductions between your contacts.
• Granular field-level privacy controls for all shared information.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the OnPoint Connect app for your personal and professional networking purposes.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your use of the app.

OnPoint Connect uses email-based one-time password (OTP) authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account associated with your OnPoint profile. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, and share through OnPoint Connect, including your business card information, event details, company profiles, and survey responses.

License to Us: By sharing content through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit the content as necessary to provide and improve the OnPoint Connect service. We are committed to treating your content with respect and using it solely to enhance your experience.

Event Content: If you create events, prize draws, or gatherings, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of event details, prize descriptions, and any related information.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. OnPoint Connect provides field-level privacy controls, allowing you to choose exactly which information is visible to your contacts.

Event hosts are responsible for the content, management, and fulfillment of their events, including any prize draws (raffles, 50/50 draws). OnPoint Connect provides the platform but does not guarantee prize fulfillment, event quality, or the accuracy of event information provided by hosts. Participation in prize draws is subject to any additional rules set by the event host and applicable local laws.

The OnPoint Connect app, including its design, logos, features, and technology, is owned by OnPoint and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

The OnPoint Connect app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OnPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
